Terms of service

These terms govern the use of dingxin.shop, the sales site of the DINGXIN lifting-equipment business. By browsing, requesting a quotation or placing an order you agree to them. Questions and written notices: [email protected].

Using this site

The site exists so that business buyers can read specifications, request quotations and follow up their orders. You agree to submit accurate information only, not to interfere with how the site works, not to harvest its content by automated means, and to be responsible for everything done through your account.

Accounts and Google sign-in

You can open an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. With Google sign-in we receive your name, email address and profile photo, and use them only to create and recognise your account — not for advertising. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Quotations and prices

Prices shown on the site are indicative. A quotation states a configuration, the optional accessories and a validity period (30 days unless we write something else), and it is not a binding offer until we confirm your order in writing. Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices exclude taxes, sea freight, customs duties and delivery at the destination.

Orders, payment and lead time

An order exists once we have issued a proforma invoice and you have paid the agreed deposit. Lead time runs from that payment and from a complete set of confirmations — model, configuration, colour, marking. Delivery terms, Incoterms and after-sales conditions are set out in the proforma invoice and on the Shipping & terms page.

Your material and ours

Text and files you send — inquiries, drawings, a logo to be marked on a machine — remain yours. You grant us permission to use them for the single purpose of preparing and performing your order. Photographs, drawings and texts published on this site are ours; you may reuse them for your own procurement and resale.

Third-party services

Parts of the site depend on others: Google for sign-in, WhatsApp for chat and enquiries, our hosting and email providers for day-to-day operation. Whether those services are available, and what their own terms allow, decides what this site can do at any given moment, and we cannot override them.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We keep it running as well as we reasonably can but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data, and our liability for anything arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. When we change them we update the date below; orders already confirmed are not affected. Written notices under these terms go to the email address at the top of this page.
