Shipping, warranty & payment terms
What applies to every DINGXIN machine order. Anything not listed here is agreed on the proforma invoice.
Trade terms
EXW, FOB Qingdao, CIF your port and DDP are all available. EXW and FOB are the usual choice for buyers consolidating shipments with their own forwarder; DDP is quoted only for EU destinations with a valid VAT number.
Packing and transport
Each machine is bolted to a heat-treated wooden pallet, wrapped in stretch film and covered with a rain sheet. Spare parts ship in a separate plywood box. Packed dimensions and gross weight per model are listed on the product page; the packing list issued at shipment prevails.
Lead time and capacity
Standard configurations are built in 15–35 working days depending on model, counted from receipt of the deposit. Monthly capacity is stated on the proforma; rush orders are possible when the line has open slots.
Warranty and spare parts
12 months or 1,500 working hours from the bill of lading date, whichever comes first, covering the structure, drive motors and hydraulic components. Wear items, batteries and damage from overload or incorrect operation are excluded. Failure parts are replaced free during warranty; we ask that the defective part be returned or photographed for the claim. Common wear kits ship from stock within 3 working days.
Payment and invoicing
30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight for orders above the value stated on the quote. Invoices are issued in USD; listed prices exclude VAT.
Documents we provide
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus the factory test sheet for each unit. Inspection reports and third-party verification can be arranged on request.
