Privacy & browsing data
This page explains exactly what this site records about visits, why, and how to turn it off. We do not sell or share this data. Whether ad measurement runs on your visit is stated below, and the switch at the bottom of this page turns it off.
What we record
Which page you were on (for example a model page), roughly how long it stayed visible in your browser, and a small number of deliberate actions: opening the chat, sending a first message, clicking the WhatsApp button, submitting a quotation form, adding a machine to the cart, downloading a spec sheet. We do not record your IP address, your full browser fingerprint, mouse movement, or anything you type before you press send.
Why we record it
So the person answering your inquiry knows which machines you were actually reading about before you wrote. It is the same information a salesperson would get by walking the showroom floor with you — and it stays inside our own systems.
How long we keep it
Individual browsing events are deleted after the retention period set by the factory (90 days by default). After that only aggregate counts remain, such as how many visits a buyer made and how long they spent in total. This data is stored in our own Medusa database; the only things this site sends outside are described further down this page.
What else runs on this site
The site also loads Vercel Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate. It sets no advertising cookie and cannot be switched off from this page — if you want it off too, use your browser's tracking protection or a blocker for vercel-insights.com.
Advertising measurement
For this visit, no advertising pixel is loaded and no conversion events are sent to Meta.
