How these machines are built

We design and assemble aerial work platforms in-house: cutting and welding of the chassis and scissor stacks, hydraulic and electrical assembly, then a full load and function test on every unit before it is packed.

Manufacturing and assembly

Structures are cut, welded, shot-blasted and powder-coated in-house, then handed to the assembly line where the hydraulic power pack, drive units and control system are fitted and wired to the build sheet for that model.

  • Frame welding jigged per model, welds inspected on the critical joints
  • Shot blast then powder coat, so the finish survives washdown and site use
  • Harnesses labelled and logged against the serial number

Quality control

Every unit is tested before it is packed, not sampled. The test sheet travels with the machine, and the serial number ties it back to the build record.

  • Rated-load lift and hold test, including descent with the deck loaded
  • Outrigger and levelling function, overload alarm and emergency lowering
  • Electrical safety, insulation and battery endurance under load
  • Third-party pre-shipment inspection arranged on request
