Poultry house cleaning and repair
Setting Low sheds, ammonia and washdownDuty cycle Sprinklers, fans and feed lines at 2–4 m

Illustrative image
Livestock buildings combine three awkward constraints: a low roof, a narrow aisle and a duty cycle that involves water and detergents. The machines specified here are chosen on folded height first — the deck has to pass under the lighting rail — then on width, so the operator can drive straight down the aisle without trimming the feed lines.
Corrosion is the long-term cost. Enclosed drive housings, galvanised fasteners and washdown-rated controls are what keep the service interval realistic when the machine is hosed down weekly.
